Katy Palmer, ARNP
Founder | Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner
Katy Palmer is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing from Concordia University, Wisconsin. With a diverse background in emergency and family medicine, as well as experience in both inpatient and outpatient procedural settings, she is committed to providing exceptional patient care.
In 2021, Katy founded Cardinal Clinic with a vision to integrate complementary medicine into traditional healthcare. What began with IV nutrition and weight management has since expanded into innovative longevity and restorative treatments. Today, she offers therapies designed to support healing, enhance well-being, and promote vitality—addressing concerns such as illness, chronic pain, stress, tumors, anti-aging, and aesthetic rejuvenation.
Katy’s greatest joy is empowering patients to look and feel their best.
Beyond her professional life, she is deeply devoted to her family and church community. She finds balance and inspiration through gardening and exploring the scenic hiking trails of the Pacific Northwest.
Aylene Kenney, MA
Clinic Manager | Certified Medical Assistant & IV Technician
Aylene Kenney is the dedicated Clinic Manager at Cardinal Clinic, ensuring seamless daily operations with her strong organizational skills and leadership. In addition to her administrative expertise, she is a certified Medical Assistant and IV Technician, allowing her to provide both hands-on clinical support and exceptional patient care.
Outside of work, Aylene enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on her kids at their activities.
Nikole Otto, RN
Registered Nurse
Nikole is a Registered Nurse with a background in Neonatal Intensive Care and plastic surgery, where she developed a strong foundation in precision, patient safety, and compassionate care. She later discovered her passion for medical aesthetics and wellness.
At Cardinal Clinic, Nikole provides aesthetic treatments and supportive wellness services with a personalized, education-focused approach. She believes true rejuvenation comes from supporting both internal health and outward confidence, and she is committed to delivering natural, balanced results tailored to each patient.
Outside of the clinic, Nikole enjoys spending time with her husband and their four fur babies, staying active, and exploring creative outlets such as pilates, snowboarding, and scrapbooking.
