Founder | Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner
Katy Palmer is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing from Concordia University, Wisconsin. With a diverse background in emergency and family medicine, as well as experience in both inpatient and outpatient procedural settings, she is committed to providing exceptional patient care.
In 2021, Katy founded Cardinal Clinic with a vision to integrate complementary medicine into traditional healthcare. What began with IV nutrition and weight management has since expanded into innovative longevity and restorative treatments. Today, she offers therapies designed to support healing, enhance well-being, and promote vitality—addressing concerns such as illness, chronic pain, stress, tumors, anti-aging, and aesthetic rejuvenation.
Katy’s greatest joy is empowering patients to look and feel their best.
Beyond her professional life, she is deeply devoted to her family and church community. She finds balance and inspiration through gardening and exploring the scenic hiking trails of the Pacific Northwest.
Sarah Rashoff, FNP-C
Family Nurse Practitioner | Wellness & Aesthetic Specialist
Sarah Rashoff is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. With a diverse background in family medicine, plastic surgery, hospital administration, and aesthetics, she brings a well-rounded approach to patient care.
Passionate about helping others look and feel their best, Sarah is dedicated to guiding you through your wellness and beauty journey. With her expertise and personalized approach, she empowers patients to achieve their health and aesthetic goals with confidence.
Aylene Kenney, MA
Clinic Manager | Certified Medical Assistant & IV Technician
Aylene Kenney is the dedicated Clinic Manager at Cardinal Clinic, ensuring seamless daily operations with her strong organizational skills and leadership. In addition to her administrative expertise, she is a certified Medical Assistant and IV Technician, allowing her to provide both hands-on clinical support and exceptional patient care.
Outside of work, Aylene enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on her kids at their activities.

Katlin Payne is a licensed aesthetician and certified medical assistant with over a decade of experience in healthcare.
Combining her expertise in patient care with a passion for skincare, she takes a holistic approach to beauty—delivering radiant results while ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for every client. Her goal is to help you look and feel your best, tailoring treatments to your unique needs.
Outside the studio, Katlin enjoys spending time outdoors, making memories with her family, and cheering on her kids at their sports and activities.
She is excited to merge her healthcare background with her love for aesthetics to help you achieve your skincare goals!
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Missed Appointments / Late Cancellations: We reserve a space in our schedule specifically for you. If you do not show for your appointment and do not notify us, or if you cancel your appointment with less than 24-hour notice, you may be responsible for a non-attendance fee. We also reserves the right to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late to the scheduled appointment. Three no show or late cancelations are grounds for practice dismissal.
