Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure all necessary client intake and history forms are filled out.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. Your appointments are very important, and time is set aside just for you. To ensure that I can provide the best services to all clients, the following policies are in place. I value and appreciate your understanding regarding these policies. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
1. A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE ALL APPOINTMENTS. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost at the time of your appointment.
2. CANCELLATIONS WITH LESS THAN A 48 HOUR NOTICE will result in the forfeiture of your 50% deposit. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
3. NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS will result in the full cost of the service being charged. If you wish to rebook your appointment after a no show, full payment for the service will be required upfront to secure your appointment.
4. LATE ARRIVAL OF MORE THAN 15 MINTUES TO YOUR APPOINTMENT will result in a NO-SHOW APPOINTMENT.
