As an active 65 year old woman and mother of two, I have experienced both a cystocele and rectocele from child birth issues. After one week of three treatments I noticed an improvement in stress incontinence. Activities that used to cause leakage- like cough, sneeze and especially laughing are much less in frequency. Like 90% less! This change has been very surprising and has made a meaningful difference for me in regards to daily comfort and confidence.

I already work out, horseback ride in dressage lessons every week and work full time in a standing and walking job. But you just can’t replicate what the Emsella does. It works at a frequency that I simply cannot replicate with Kegel exercises. It does thousands of muscle contractions in a session!

This is a very comfortable treatment; simply sitting on the surface fully clothed, reading a book or working on my planner. Treatment was less than 30 minutes a session and would be over before I was finished with my reading. No down time at all, and the clinic flow was no waiting. The feeling when you leave is that you just did some stretching and I would recommend drinking some water, but I never felt fatigued, rather strengthened.

I definitely would recommend considering this option. It has given me a renewed sense of control and confidence and I didn’t expect the positive results so quickly.
